About Me
No one is without challenges, fears, anxiety, disappointments, and failure. I, myself have experienced them all. Through it all I have always felt the presence and protection of God. When I have been at my worst, I meditated on the scripture Psalm 91. Psalm 91 has always reminded me of God’s protection, power, and promises. God has made provisions for our failures, fears, and challenges.
My desire is to help others manage, cope, and achieve wellness that I have received myself. I do so with God’s grace, strength, and guidance. I also use the Master’s level education that I have received through Brenau University. My heart is for those with trauma background, grief, anxiety, and depression. I use a variety of theoretical perspectives and therapeutic techniques to help client’s work towards wellness. I have specified training in EMDR and Clinical Complex Trauma.
Scripture: “I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in Whom I trust.” Psalm 91:2
